I called Hagin Automotive for a brake repair issue. Andy personally answered the phone, asked me about the symptoms, recognized it as a potentially serious (aka unsafe) issue. He immediately rearranged his day so I could bring my '07 Camry in for repairs. It turned out to be a fairly major repair, but Andy's team took care of it with their usual expertise and professionalism. Excellent repair!
