Great people, Great service

I brought my Chevy truck into Haggin's last week with what I thought was a steering problem. Jeff called me later that day to let me know that there was no problem and that I had just accidentally added too much power steering fluid. They corrected the small issue and didn't even charge me! I've been taking our cars there for a few years and really appreciate having a local full service mechanic that I trust!

Been a customers for over 19 years and currently drive a longish distance (South SFO) to have my car serviced. Best shop with excellent service and not in a mood to change. Unconditionally recommended. Not the cheapest in town, but quality and service is so much more important than a cheap crappy shop and wondering/worrying how one gets the car back after "service".

I was attempting to leave the bay area and travel back home to Oregon when my car's engine overheated. I had the car towed to Hagin's based on their good reviews. They recharged my battery and inspected the car, finding that the engine had been destroyed. They didn't charge me anything for this service. They also continued to offer help and advice throughout the day.
