Everything you read on Yelp regarding dealerships, especially GM dealerships are TRUE. As of now, GM is picking and choosing the work with all the recalls in progress. Hagin's Automotive should be the BEST Auto Repair in the Bay Area. If only they offered helicopter pickup and drop-off service.
