I took my 14 year-old truck to Hagin's to have some hoses replaced. The truck is in excellent condition and I wanted to keep it running that way. I didn't want to get stuck on the road because I blew a radiator hose that could have been prevented with routine maintenance. The team there recommended some other preventative maintenance to keep the truck running strong. After I picked up my truck, we took a trip to Mount Shasta, and the truck ran like a champ the whole way.

Very friendly group, good service, explained everything, ready when promised. Do have one question, can you reset the data so that it stops telling me the service will be due etc. this was set by the dealer.

Good service...good explanations of why something needs to be done...timeliness...knowledgeable...nice employees.

Auto maintenance and repair is a mystery. I know something about cars but to keep knowledgeable about modern technology, little black boxes, expensive braking systems, and all the other goodies that make our rides so special is sort of out of my wheel house. The services and repairs that have been done at Hagin's have been professionally performed and the staff seems to care and our personable. Really can't ask for much more... except lower prices.
