I knew when I went to Hagin's that I had an engine problem with my car. Jeff called to give me the bad news that it was worse than we thought & he advised me not to put any more $ into the car. He saved me hundreds if not thousands on repairs & service that would not have helped. I really appreciated his honesty & will use Hagin's again to service my new car. Thanks guys.

Andy and all the people in his shop do excellent quality work. Anyone owning a motor vehicle should give Hagin's an opportunity to do the maintenance on it. He maintains excellent records and can tell you what has to be done and when. I think you'll see a great improvement in how well the cars run. We have sent 7 vehicles his way since he opened shop.

As always, informative, trustworthy, efficient, flexible and cute!! Really, you allow the customer the choices of what repair when and you identify the urgency of some repairs and the non urgency of others letting us give you informed consent. Can't buy that kind of trust. We talk you up all the time!!

Andy and his team go out of their way to make sure you are getting the best service possible. My check engine light came on - and there is that immediate fear of "OH NO!" My fear subsided when I realized Hagins was my mechanic! They diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs and had me back on the road the same day!
