This was my first time at Hagin's Automotive. I found the service staff friendly and knowledgeable. Their shuttle service was prompt and friendly. As promised, the staff called to inform me of the progress of the auto service and other conserns for future services. I'm very pleased with Hagin's Automotive and will be recomending them to friends.

Great service and such an honest auto shop. The repair ended up being cheaper than what they quoted. The car was also done ahead of time. Clearly this is the shop to take your vehicle to Martinez area.

Great first experience. I stopped in for just an oil change because I received a coupon in the mail. I'll definitely return for future maintenance on my car. Friendly and knowledgable staff, quick service and convenient location.

Good communication. The car I had brought in for service isn't used very much but I want to try to get another year out of it. After doing a thorough inspection and coming up with a list of everything that could be done, they went back through the list and told me what was really important and what they thought could be put off without much risk.
