The staff at Hagin's have been exceptional in customer service and in servicing my family's vehicles. We had to bring in two of our SUVs this week and they were able to fit us into their schedule. There were no surprises from the services to be performed all the way to pricing. I'm glad I found them through my company who has used them for at least the last 20 years.

This was my first experience with Hagin's based on a recommendation from a trusted friend. My Explorer was having a weird intermittent electrical issue which I feared would be a difficult analysis and expensive repair. But within a couple of hours the team had diagnosed the problem which turned out was a rare but fairly minor issue. The repair cost was unexpectedly reasonable and I really appreciate the fair and honest service. Robert was very courteous, explained everything and kept me informed. Great experience.
