Car repair/maintenance is an important but somewhat vulnerable situation I must procure for the vehicles in our family. Hagin's Automotive made me comfortable from the start and listened to my questions and concerns. That was the most significant thing that they could have done to gain my trust. I look forward to continuing this relationship with Hagin's Automotive because of the great work they provide on our cars, the great customer service (including a ride to and from their shop) and a complete explanation and estimate before repairs are begun and/or suggested. The team at Hagin's came through when I had the engine light come on in the middle of a long drive down from Eureka. They took my car the next morning and solved the problem expeditiously. Once again I benefitted from their free shuttle service, and they even gave me a credit covering the cost of a diagnostic procedure I'd had done in Laytonville. As far as regular service, they've made it convenient for me to keep on top of those needs for my aging but still very sound Honda Civic. And the team is friendly yet still efficient.

We needed several things fixed on our car and we wanted it detailed. We were able to leave it with the shop while we were on vacation. We were very pleased with the results. The car looks brand new from from the detailing. Also they performed the required maintenance that was needed. We are very happy with Hagins Auto!

One begets the other and visa versa with this group. Great KNOWLEDGABLE customer service, no hard sell tactics with repairs, in fact, they work hard to tell you what needs to be done NOW and what can wait till later and how much later. Always clear about charges and time frames. But the biggest issue for us is the trust that they are NOT going to lead us astray with repairs or parts and the integrity that comes with that trust. The customer service is always quality just like the repairs. Wonderful people, clean organized, efficient shop!
