We've been going to Andy Hagin's since he first opened shop on Pacheco, and then his current facilities on Alhambra. He and his crew have been the greatest with the vehicles we've taken to him. He rebuilt a carburetor on an '85 Nissan that ran until it became too old for CA (20 years +), and has done a great job keeping our Toyota's running, the oldest being an '89 PU. Andy is meticulous, does great work, and provides advice that will keep your vehicle running in top form, but leaves it up to you to determine how much you want done.

From past experience I know Hagens is fair and does great work. Recently I needed an oil change and wanted an extensive diagnostic check of what my truck needed to keep it running well beyone the 210,000 miles it already has. In the end, I dediced against putting more money in an old truck. Jeff was great and only charged me for the oil change. When I do get a newer vehicle, I will take it to Hagens for service that I can trust.

Since we were going on a roadtrip I wanted you to look at my car. Since you balanced & rotated my tires all the shaking in the steering has stopped and it runs smoothly. Thanks so much for the great service.

Although I didn't meet any of the mechanics in person, they were curtious, funny, and very helpful over the phone. I know very little about cars, but Jeff made it easy to understand what the problem was. I'll definitley be going back there for any work that I may need. Thanks!

I called Hagin's when my Pilot wouldn't start. Not only did they get it fixed the same day I brought it in, they worked within my budget to complete the repair. Hagin's is now my "Go To" for all my car maintenance and repair needs!

Great customer service...and honest!!!! They tell you the truth, give their recommendations and don't pressure you. They always check my car over and let me know what I might need the next time - new brakes, get new tires, etc. Great place!
