Service is outstanding. Learned more about a vehicle in 10 minutes than I have learned in the past 2 years. Nice to know your folks no their business that well.

I've been taking my Subaru to Hagin's since 2008. They know what they're doing, and prices have not exceeded their estimates. This last time, they even fixed a window that was not going up and down properly, at no charge! If you live in the Martinez area, these are the guys you want to work on your car.

I now have the first mechanic that I have trusted in about 8 years. Wow. Great service. Tremendously friendly with superior communication on all matters.....and a 10% discount on service for using the Hagin's license plate frames. These guys are a quality act from the top down. Kudos!

Most knowedgeable and thorough shop I have ever been to. If you want an honest straight forward evaluation of what is wrong with your car then this is the place to go.

Andy and his crew will take care of what servicing needs to be done to keep you running now, AND can give you a "heads up" on problems that are likely to arise in the future. Their prices are fair, their quality and friendliness are unsurpassed. You won't find a better group of guys to do business with!

So I decided to go for cheap when I bought my last new car and man am I paying for it! I have already paid half the cost of the car in repairs. The only consolation is that I have found these guys at Hagin's Automotive and they are great. They are not cheap but their service isn't either. They are thorough and willing to work with me so that I can afford the repairs to my lemon of a car. I did take a lot of flack from my boyfriend for paying so much for an oil pan gasket replacement which he claimed was easy and he could do, but if I had waited for him to do it, I would still be waiting. PS. Thank you so much for the driver who picked me up (and my laundry!) when the repairs took longer than we expected.

I wouldn't take my Toyota Prius anywhere else. They are for sure "BEST of the BAY"
