Another great experience with JC and Robert of Hagins Automotive. They repaired my A/C issue, and detected my worn shocks, so now my truck runs as smooth as ever (which also mitigated a rattling sound I had for quite some time). I recommend Hagins Automotive to anyone that is not content with their current automotive service center.

Reliable quality service.

I had not been to Hagins for a long time. I had been to various other mechanics. I have never been able to find the same quality service or people since. I am back to stay. I trust their recommendations and their work ethic. They always explain pros and cons and even try to save you a few bucks which is unheard of these days with many companies trying to make up for covid shut downs. Refreshing to know there are still compentet, trustworthy, mechanics around. HAGINS auto is that company!

Great dealership alternative. I typically come for oil changes and each time they check for things I wouldn't have thought about checking for. They noticed a serious oil leak I didn't know about. I'm extremely grateful for that. I did agree to have them take care of it for me.

Came to Haggin's after the Acura of Concord dealer told me the reason my AC was blowing hot air was because of a defective heater core. They tried to charge me $3200 to fix it. I took my car to Hagin's to get a second opinion. Robert, the manager, was gracious and beyond helpful to me. He explained to me how the heater core could not be the issue with my AC if it was blowing hot air. If the heater core was defective, then I'd have an issue with no heat, not an issue with no cold. Hagin's completed a thorough diagnostics and found an electrical issue in the AC, specifically the back blower motor. They fixed that issue and now my AC is working better than ever! Great experience overall! Saved me money and finally fixed an ongoing issue with my vehicle. 5 Star rating!!!!
