Fantastic service. They had my car diagnosed very quickly. Another well-known mechanic had failed to diagnose the issue prior. I had my car back in less than 24 hours. Runs really well now. This company knows what they’re doing.

Robert and JC are amazing. My car broke down in Weed CA on my way to the Bay area for a funeral and after doing some research Hagin's came highly recommend for head gasket coolant related service. Got towed 275 miles to this shop on a Wednesday. They had everything resolved by the following Monday. Service needed ended up being a radiator and head gasket replacement and they offered to also replace my water pump and belt for the price of parts since the engine would be out anyways. So not a small job by any means. Every other mechanic quoted weeks for turn around time. Price was high but it was an expensive repair and the level of professionalism and understanding was worth every penny. Never once felt any pressure to agree to the extra parts or any add on services so I felt safe and secure knowing I was in good hands. JC also contracts with other mechanics in the area due to how fast and efficient he is doing head gaskets so these guys are definitely the best of the best. Robert and JC I made it home without issue and car felt smooth as butter. Top notch work guys! For anyone reading this, if you have a Subaru and need major (or minor) work done in the bay, you cannot go wrong with Hagin's Automotive. 10/10 would use them again. If only they were in OR. 😊
