It has been great to be able to call Hagin's and get prompt attention to various vehicle issues over the years. Most recently they diagnosed an oil leak, suspected of being caused when someone at another establishment was careless. The repair was delayed because the needed part was hard to find, but Robert and his employees got the job done. We will go to them for future oil changes and skip the drive-through place. I started going to Hagins in 2007 when my Mom entered Martinez Convalescent Hospital down the street. I keep coming back. I TOTALLY TRUST how you take care of my car (2006 - 74,500 miles) & YOUR DOWN TO EARTH COMMON SENSE WAY OF RELATING TO ME. Note: I had to go to Walnut Creek Toyota recently for a new trunk torsion bar. Appt at 10am (along with dozens of other people at the same time). After two hrs, I complained, They gave me a ride home & brought my car to my home the next day (neither charge).- after ordering the parts 3 times. I'VE NEVER FOUND ANY OF THIS TO BE THE CASE WITH HAGINS!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR BEING WONDERFUL HUMAN BEINGS & YOUR REASONABLE RATES & GREAT CARE OF MY CAR (& ME, TOO) - CARE FOR MY CAR HAS AWAYS BEEN #1 FOR ME SINCE MY 1973 PINTO - SAFETY ON THE ROAD / CARE OF MY CAR!!!!!!!!!! Robert and JC are always very helpful and go the extra mile to make the repair and maintenance process very positive.

My 4wd was not working properly so I called and was able to get an appointment the next day, they had it repaired the next morning for a reasonable price. All in all it was a great experience.
