Hagin’s mechanics know Toyota’s better than any shop in the Bay Area —other than Toyota—and truthfully, maybe even better. This shop comes with a long history of integrity and exceptional customer service: from the original owner, to the current owner & team. I only wish I’d found them sooner. I drive on older Toyota Tacoma. It’s been an amazing vehicle, hardly needing anything other than minor routine repairs after 240k—but eventually things happen. Taco recently blew a head gasket. I had no idea what was wrong but I knew it was serious and had it towed to Hagin’s. Robert said he would be there to receive my beloved little truck and would call as soon as they knew what was going on. It was not good news. Even so, he told me my options and the reality of what it would cost if the head was damaged beyond repair. They sent the head out to be inspected first to see if they could save me some money. Sadly, it was seriously damaged and would need to be replaced. Robert called around and found one. This is major surgery in auto repair world, but at the end of the day, it only made sense to replace it and have my faithful truck back on the road for hopefully another 240k. And I knew that if Hagin’s did the work, it would be done right. How many auto shops do you know of who want to have you bring a vehicle back after a major repair job so they can make sure the work they did is all good? Yeah, they did that. The best thing I can say about Hagin’s is this: As a woman, I never have to think twice about the estimates and service I am receiving. They are honest to the core and if they tell you something needs to be done, you never have to question it. For me, that’s invaluable. No, they are not cheap, but they are fair, with competitive pricing, and exceptional, honest service.
