This was my first visit to Hagen's although my husband has been taking his car there for years. Really great service especially by Jeff in the office. I received very detailed information on what services were needed. The work was done efficiently. I was also impressed that my car keys were wiped cleaned in front of me and placed on a towel on the counter for me to pick up. Excellent attention to safety protocol. I will definitely use them again.

Everything was done that I requested. They are professional and honest about what repairs are needed. I feel very confident when I leave my car with them. It is like Allstate -you are in good hands!!!

I have lived in Martinez for 35 + years. I wish to Local business. Prior to Hagins I used W&S service. When W&S sold the business I went to Hagins and have found Hagins to be very professional and reasonable. It’s been about a year now and I highly recommend them. Service is excellent, timely, and complete. When I first purchased my car I went to the dealer for service. I have found Hagins service to be just as good if not better than the dealer Also I feel I have a local shop that I have formed a good working relationship with. Highly recommended.

I moved to Martinez in 2016 and was delighted to see Hagin’s was open for business. I knew my car would be in good hands for whatever it required, from oil changes to more complicated diagnostics and repair. Today, in 2021, what do I think? Hagin’s is the best!
