I had a brake light that needed to be replaced. Stopped by Hagin's on way home to make and appointment. I discussed the situation with Andy, he grabbed a bulb, went out to my car, he replaced the brake light, and I was on my way. Unbelievably wonderful. I thought I'd have to come back some other time, but no Andy fixed it on the spot. So appreciate their good service. Thank you Andy, and Hagin's for your customer service.

I can’t thank the.folks at Hagin’s enough! I trust their mechanics implicitly. Vehicle maintenance and repair is a huge responsibility which they take very seriously. Hagin replaced the starter on my Honda CRV. I hadn’t even made an appointment to have my car worked on. It was last minute, but they were very accommodating. As a female, there is always the nagging fear that you’ll be taken advantage of, given the run around, or talked down to by mechanics. I never felt any of that from the folks at Hagin. Just good people doing the lord’s work of fixing other people’s cars 🙏🏽
