Jeff and Andy were top notch. Vehicle repairs were done timely and accurately. Communication was excellent throughout the repair process. First time I took a vehicle there as I do not live in Martinez. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. My daughter plans to use them going forward per my positive experience as she lives locally.

I had a brake light that needed to be replaced. Stopped by Hagin's on way home to make and appointment. I discussed the situation with Andy, he grabbed a bulb, went out to my car, he replaced the brake light, and I was on my way. Unbelievably wonderful. I thought I'd have to come back some other time, but no Andy fixed it on the spot. So appreciate their good service. Thank you Andy, and Hagin's for your customer service.
