We had family of mice build a nest inside the ventilation system of our new car while we were away on vacation. The stink made the car unusable. JC was able to dismantle the system without removing the dashboard, and he extracted three mice and the nest. Then they replaced the blower, motor and cabin filter, and sanitized the ducting. The car was saved and the new-car smell has returned. Thanks JC!
