Jeff was great. He was friendly and smiling over the phone, great phone voice. I was able to get the car in that day (battery was dying). Jeff was very conscious of the current contactless interactions, masking, and social distancing. There were 2 useable chairs in the waiting room and the rest were tied up in front of his counter for distance. He took my keys in a rag. When I went to pick up my car, he kept the credit card machine immobile on his side while I inserted my card. After he cleaned my keys in a rag, he opened the rag and had me pick it up from the rag. He handed me the paperwork w no signatures. All this without us touching hands! Like all mechanic, he recommends other work to be done. Which can be good and bad. I didn't go for the other work. Overall, a good experience.
