Prices might be a bit higher than elsewhere, BUT ... as the saying goes, “You get what you pay for”. I can depend on Hagin’s 100%. I need that. l commute 88 miles a day. I can trust Hagin’s work, you can’t put a price on that. 😉👍

I get fast efficient service with Hagin's. They do a thorough safety check and let you know if they see an engine issue that may come up in the future so you can prepare for it. I feel I can trust them to be honest about car repairs I may need.

Andy Hagin is a knowledgable and trustworthy mechanic and shop owner and that's exactly how his whole team operates. Andy has been working on cars his whole life, so you'll learn a little more about your vehicle, which is always a plus. If you knew Andy's Dad and the great service he gave his customers back in the day, then you know why Hagin's is the place to bring your vehicle.

We have been coming to Hagin’s Automotive for quite some time. Hagin’s followed all of the COVID-19 guidelines helping to make things safe for their employees and their customers. We were taking our car in for an oil change and check over and we received a call from HAGIN’S Automotive that we needed two new tires. In spite of the busyness of the day they were able to juggle their schedule and get our car over to another shop to get two new tires put on. We had our car back at 5 o’clock, right on time. Thank you, HAGIN’S AUTOMOTIVE for all that you do.

Jeff was great. He was friendly and smiling over the phone, great phone voice. I was able to get the car in that day (battery was dying). Jeff was very conscious of the current contactless interactions, masking, and social distancing. There were 2 useable chairs in the waiting room and the rest were tied up in front of his counter for distance. He took my keys in a rag. When I went to pick up my car, he kept the credit card machine immobile on his side while I inserted my card. After he cleaned my keys in a rag, he opened the rag and had me pick it up from the rag. He handed me the paperwork w no signatures. All this without us touching hands! Like all mechanic, he recommends other work to be done. Which can be good and bad. I didn't go for the other work. Overall, a good experience.
