I am really happy with my experience with Hagin's. Communication was clear and friendly from the first call. The work was done in the time frame established, and I felt that they tried to find the least expensive solution to my issues. When I picked my car up, Jeff was absolutely confident that the work was done well, and I am so happy with how my car runs now. I feel safer in my vehicle and very satisfied with the experience. It wasn't just professional. I felt that they genuinely cared about returning my car to me in the best shape possible.

We have been coming to Hagin’s Automotive for quite some time. Hagin’s followed all of the COVID-19 guidelines helping to make things safe for their employees and their customers. We were taking our car in for an oil change and check over and we received a call from HAGIN’S Automotive that we needed two new tires. In spite of the busyness of the day they were able to juggle their schedule and get our car over to another shop to get two new tires put on. We had our car back at 5 o’clock, right on time.
