They are honest, give great customer service and do great work. We’ve already had them work on my car a couple of times now (they are excellent with Toyotas, by the way!) Exceptional! Hagen’s came well recommended by my brother who has been a customer for many years. My truck was overdue for preventive maintenance and had multiple services performed. Jeff and Andy were friendly and positive and made me feel welcome. All services performed were clearly detailed in the final invoice with itemized breakdowns of parts and labor. All work being warrantied for 2 years or 24k miles. The work was completed on time and the truck was clean when completed. Jim gave me friendly shuttle service to and from the shop. I fully recommend Hagen’s and will continue to give them my business.
